Orders may be cancelled up until the time the product has been shipped and has left our warehouse. Returns after that time will be accepted only with a Return Authorization Number (RTN) which can be obtained by sending a request to Returns@InstantGift.com stating the reason for the return. Books, audio/video recordings, apparel and software are not returnable. Please note that refunds for damage in shipping must be obtained from the shipping company (usually FedEx) and not from InstantGift. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer. Refunds will be made only as a credit to the credit card used for the purchase.
